Aux Mains Couleur de ble presents its offer "special weekend eclairs". All these goodies are handmade, one after the other. Once cooked, we remove the inside of the eclair, with an appropriate little tool. Then we fill each of them with their cream. Then we proceed to glazing the top of each eclair.
